Helpdesk is a massively varied role with multitasking and customer focus at its core. It’s incredibly exciting to see my team members grow as individuals, enhancing and strengthening their abilities to allow progression within the business. My role also seems to grow and I love the fact that I am able to use all my problem-solving skills to help and support both clients and others in the business.
